Failure to provide frontal/closure in a timely manner will result in additional charges. Styling and cutting requires booking additional services.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be requested. Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will apply: 24 hours or more in advance — no fee Less than 24 hours in advance — 50% of the cost of services booked No-shows — 100% of the cost of services booked
